Cleans brass cases well.
John Roche andyman024139117 January 2019As far as affordable vibrating tumblers go, this one works great for cleaning brass cases. With crushed walnut media, you get a lot of dust. Walnut media cleans well but the brass doesn't come out shiny. There's almost no dust with crushed corn cob media and it cleans well too and the brass comes out shiny. If you want it polished, add some polish. The cases come out clean using either dry media. If you remove primers prior to cleaning, the primer holes won't be as clean as using wet media with steel pins and little pieces of the dry media get stuck in the primer pocket and flash holes. They are easily removed with a small pin punch or compressed air.

Definitely not a lightweight and if flying with it and guns will almost certainly make it eligible for excess baggage Haven't tried dunking it in a pond to test waterproof but well constructed, sturdy and will hold two of my rifles securely with it's customisable pluck foam. Securing latches on each end as well as 5 at front was an unexpected bonus. Locking holes for 2 padlocks (although being plastic this is more to stop children from getting in rather than deterring a determined thief). Very happy with this purchase

This close to long-range targeting reticle has mil-hash markings along its posts (10 mil / 5 mil increments) and fine crosshair (1 mil / 0.5 mil / 0.2 mil) to enable quicker and more effective communication between spotter and shooter as well as other tactical operatives. This German-made handheld optic is backed by Steiner's ten-year warranty.
This configuration from the Tactical series has a 60° apparent viewing angle and can focus to within seven feet, making this optic well-suited for tactical use as well as birding, hunting, and almost any close to mid-range glassing activity. A nitrogen-filled fogproof housing provides this set of binoculars with the build quality needed to endure unforgiving weather conditions. Steiner's Two-Way Valve system enables air to be more effectively drawn from the optical housing and replaced with inert, non-condensing nitrogen. Non-slip rubber armoring, twist-up rubber eyecups, and a comfortable 17mm eye relief equip the 10x42 R Tactical binoculars with the features needed for reliable and comfortable outdoor viewing.
