Description

This Turkish bow is a traditional recurve bow. The construction is similar to classic Asiatic bows like Mongolian bows and Manchu bows with a wooden core. But this is a laminated bow, and the limbs are made of wood and bamboo sheets/layers secured together with pressure and glue. Like many other traditional recurve bows, the draw release method of the Turkish bow is thumb draw using a thumb ring.
